4K with Full Color Night
The MTT8112-FC-AI-SMD3 is a 4K resolution turret camera with a unique lens for seeing in full color at night. With a larger than normal lens size, it allows the camera to take in more light which in turn means better sight in low light conditions. The MTT8112-FC-AI-SMD3 is our best camera for color night optics, able to see vivid images in almost full pitch black conditions.
Artificial Intelligence
The MTT8112-FC-AI-SMD3 has a multitude of AI features including Face Detection, Heat Map, Parking Detection, People Counting, and Loitering Detection. Face Detection takes snapshots of all subjects that pass by the camera, the camera then catalogues their attributes like gender, age, and expression and posts them to your NVR to review. Heat Map and People counting are useful for businesses when keeping track of customers and where they frequent the most. SMD 3.0
Smart motion detect uses AI recognition to determine if objects moving in front of the camera are human or vehicle. This helps eliminate false notifications, accurately activates the dual illumination, and ensures that all motion recordings are significant and not just a tree blowing in the wind. SMD 3.0 is an advanced version powered by AI within the camera to give you better accuracy from a distance at all times of the day and night.
Warm Lights
With two built-in warm lights, the MTT8112-FC-AI-SMD3 can use them to cover a distance of up to 164 ft. The warm lights are not necessary for the night color optics to function, however, their activation can further enhance the image and act as an active deterrent for intruders.
Smart Object Detection
Smart Object Detection is split into two main functions: Smart Abandoned Object and Smart Missing Object. Smart Missing Object has the user identify an object on screen and if that object is moved from the location, the camera will alert the user. Abandoned Missing Object does almost the opposite, the camera can identify if an object is left at the scene for an extended amount of time and alert the user if it detects this event.
Dual Microphone
Complete with two built-in microphones for enhanced clarity for recorded audio. Both microphones are omnidirectional, which means they are designed to listen to multiple locations at once ensuring you record audio from the entire area in crystal clear high definition. Listen in with the MontavueGO app from anywhere or straight from your NVR or MontavueGO PC.
IP67
The MTT8112-FC-AI-SMD3 has IP67 rated weatherproofing with an aluminum metal body. This means the camera can sustain constant contact with moisture, withstand high pressure water jets, and dust will not penetrate the interior of the camera body or lens. The MTT8112-FC-AI-SMD3 also has an operational temperature range from -40° F to 140° F meaning you can place this camera in nearly any environment.

I have purchased over 12 cameras and system DVRs. Great customer service and good great cameras.
the Montavue website is just awful. Banners scrolling, flashing adds. A chat window that you just can't get rid of. PLEASE get a new web designer and update this thing. If I didn't already have Montavue equipment, this website would be enough to push me away.
Required firmware update for my 2020 NVR, but after that and with tech support the new camera works very well.
The YouTube was helpful in the setup but did not cover the AI.
Called and Chasin was very helpful in setting up the AI motion detection. Cameras are very positive.

Cameras are high quality visuals and the smart illumination feature on these things is really handy. The smart light only clicks on if there's a person there or a car and it's extremely accurate with the detection part. The light actually helps me when i'm coming from my car at night too, which was a nice surprise. The image looks great on my TV and I did the installation myself. Had to call the tech support while setting up, just once, but they helped me right away and we're a friendly group of guys. Good camera system all around!
Great NVR! I love the size of it. Fits nice for my space and does same job as the bigger bulkier ones.
Cameras are excellent quality! Customer service is too notch professionals, very quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly. Cameras are very easy to adjust!
