We needed to increase the capacity of our video stream recording so we ordered this 16TB drive to supplement our current 3TB drive. It installed easily after watching the Montaview install video without any issues. However, there was no SATA cable included with the drive. Luckily we had a spare in our IT room. There was also no power cable, but our NVR had an open bay and the power cable was in the NVR.
Been a customer since 2018, Montavue has always delivered when I've needed it. I'd especially like to thank Andy and Riley for their patience in dealing with me and working through my problems to a solution. I have had this system for 16 years now and its a great system. I just upgraded to a 8 camera system with much bigger memory thats how much I love it. Great product I dont have 1 bad thing to say about it. I live in the desert and they work perfectly under extremely high heat.
