I always feel like I have known the people at Montavue like family, my reasoning is I get the help I need and the salesperson was so helpful on what cameras I needed to get to replace my old cameras.

Installed this to catch a blind spot in my shop, great resolution and night vision. Easy to set-up and add to NVR. As always, Montavue customer service is second to none and Montana based.

I have had this system for 16 years now and its a great system. I just upgraded to a 8 camera system with much bigger memory thats how much I love it. Great product I dont have 1 bad thing to say about it. I live in the desert and they work perfectly under extremely high heat.

I have purchased over 12 cameras and system DVRs. Great customer service and good great cameras.

the Montavue website is just awful. Banners scrolling, flashing adds. A chat window that you just can't get rid of. PLEASE get a new web designer and update this thing. If I didn't already have Montavue equipment, this website would be enough to push me away.

Required firmware update for my 2020 NVR, but after that and with tech support the new camera works very well.

The YouTube was helpful in the setup but did not cover the AI.
Called and Chasin was very helpful in setting up the AI motion detection. Cameras are very positive.

Cameras are high quality visuals and the smart illumination feature on these things is really handy. The smart light only clicks on if there's a person there or a car and it's extremely accurate with the detection part. The light actually helps me when i'm coming from my car at night too, which was a nice surprise. The image looks great on my TV and I did the installation myself. Had to call the tech support while setting up, just once, but they helped me right away and we're a friendly group of guys. Good camera system all around!
